What a better way to start your day than with some delicious crepes? I found a basic recipe for crepes here and I halved it for breakfast for one. While the batter was setting I processed a couple of fresh strawberries with a little agave sweetener and chilled the result until I needed it. When it was time to start making the crepes, I used Earth Balance buttery spread to add to resemble the French dish. After they were done I threw on some of that strawberry sauce and some cut up bananas. The warmth of the crepe combined with the cold and fresh taste of the toppings truly put a jump start on my day.
Surfing around the web some more after breakfast looking for something I could make for lunch, I stumbled upon a muffin that I’ve been meaning to make…

Love muffins they sure are!
A new blog, a new start.
Yum! The strawberry sauce sounds wonderful! You know, I was thinking of a way to make sweet crepes for breakfast, and I think you’ve come up with a fantastic recipe here!
Thanks for adding my link, BTW. I shall add you to my blogroll as well. Hope to hear more from you soon!
Have a great evening,
